關於藝術家
石小墨，1972 年出生台灣高雄，現居台北的當代藝術家，長年專注於議題性大型抽象繪畫創作，擅於從跨領域科學的視角表現線性動態和多重結構的重塑，創作內涵哲學、心理學、社會學、科學、醫學和地質等相關議題領域，這些學科的研究為她的作品提供靈感和了高質量的形式結構，理論基礎，使她的創作不僅僅是藝術的呈現，其一筆每一劃都承載著對議題的深度剖析，企圖反思人性多重且複雜的社會化行為路徑，善於組織藉由結構造成的視覺美感、慾望、甚至為觀者開創洞察性思維為閱讀作品鋪陳精細的儀式感，因此在她的繪畫、裝置藝術、攝影與錄像等任一作品的傳遞形式，都在感性俏皮動態線性中一一陳述著嚴謹的理性概念，促使作品充滿了虛擬式下的獨白空間與情境張力。
